On the 1st floor:
- The theater is a modular space, accommodating 3 single beds that can be divided into 1 bed in the alcove (which closes) and 2 beds in the theater room; a shower room and a toilet adjoin the theater room.
- The Literature bedroom , is a large bedroom (25 m2) with 1 king-size bed, a private south-facing terrace and a private shower room-wc.
- The Circus room is a beautiful room (15 m2) with 1 king-size bed and a private shower room-wc.
- The Cinema room is a beautiful room (15 m2) with 1 king-size bed and 1 baby bed with bars, access from the corridor to a bathroom and toilets.
- The Photography room is a beautiful room (17 m2) with 2 single beds and a mezzanine (5 m2) with 1 single bed, access from the corridor to a bathroom and toilets..
On the 2nd floor, which has a bathroom-wc for 3 small bedrooms:
- The Poetry room with 2single beds.
- The Music bedroom with 2 single beds.
- The Danse bedroom with 2 single beds.
